This will be your best solution. You will have the best technical service, offering to the customer the possibility to see the state of your electric scooter via live video or photos. The client will always have a service of collection and delivery of his scooter for only 29,99.
In the case of not being able to fix the scooter, the client will only have to pay for the delivery of his scooter with only contributing 50% of the shipment., making a total refund of the service.
Shipping UK Mainland
Postage and packing to mainland UK for orders over £50 is FREE, we will do our utmost to get your product to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed every step of the way.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer's delivery address specified in the order.
You can track your item and arrange delivery or collection from a depot using the tracking code you will receive by email once the item has been dispatched.
Please note that orders may be delayed up to 72 hours in some cases due to the interruption of delivery services caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.

RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date in which your product has been delivered to return your product.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging. Mileage on returned e-scooters and e-bikes must be less than 1km.
If you've made any alterations to the item, including removing it from the packaging, then we may partially refund you based on the condition of the item.
We will not pay for you to post your item(s) back and the initial postage cost is non-refundable.
